The International Hotel School is excited to announce the launch of a new online culinary programme, the 1st of its kind in Africa. The programme was developed to meet the South African & Worldwide shortage of Chefs and the ever-evolving industry that is online learning. This programme is geared towards Chefs already working in the industry who have a great basic knowledge of cooking, and would like to upgrade their skills by receiving an internationally recognised Diploma. Once completing the programme, Chefs will be able to boost their career growth, by looking for job opportunities in both in South Africa and abroad.

Once enrolled on the programme, the learners will be able to complete it via the use of their Phone, Tablet or Computer. This self-managed programme allows learners to work at their own pace, so that they will never miss a lecture. Furthermore, the majority of the programme can be translated into all languages for easier learning.
